Adds a standalone Provider Config settings page for managing model providers and their models: create, edit, and delete providers (base URL, protocol, optional API key); create, edit, delete, and drag-reorder models; pull the model list from a gateway; declare reasoning-effort levels and image input support per model; run single or bulk connectivity tests; and archive a provider while keeping its configuration. Changes are written to the llm-pi-ai namespace and take effect without a restart.
