Ranks DSH plugins by real monthly npm downloads instead of GitHub stars, and flags the plugins that star ordering under-rates. Reads the plugin list from the public 1024Store catalog API and the numbers from npm's public downloads API; GET only, and it registers no HTTP route of its own. Quota-aware by design: the catalog API allows 50 anonymous requests a day, so a default run samples 12 candidates, paces requests 1.2 seconds apart, backs off on 429, and reports every request failure in the output rather than rendering a network fault as zero plugins.
