Adds five literature-search tools to DeepSeek Harness: pubmed_search, pubmed_paper and pubmed_related query the official NCBI E-utilities API; scholar_search and scholar_cite cover Google Scholar through the SerpApi engine or direct HTML parsing. Both backends return a shared paper shape, and a settings page manages credentials, backend selection and rate limits.
