Indexes local PDFs and Zotero libraries into a SQLite knowledge base, retrieves with hybrid BM25 + vector search and cross-encoder reranking, and returns cited passages with section- and page-level provenance through ten kb_* tools (ingest, search, cited Q&A, Zotero import, DOI fetch, scope, stats, job status, dedup, clear).
