Native agent control for the DSH right-sidebar browser. Registers sidebar_browser for tab management (status, list, open, navigate, reload, focus, close) and sidebar_page for page work (read text, interactive elements or HTML, click, type, press, scroll, wait, run JavaScript, screenshot). Operates the Electron webview directly, without Playwright, Puppeteer or a proxy.
