Lets you pick already-configured provider/model routes into an ordered rotation pool and fail over to the next healthy route in the same turn when the current one reports exhausted quota (optionally also on 401/403 auth errors); a sidebar panel orders the pool and shows the live route, cooling providers and recent switches.
