Send local files to WeChat from inside DeepSeek Harness. Ships a left-sidebar panel, the wechat_send_file model tool and a send button on every DSH deliverable card, all defaulting to the File Transfer chat. The transfer is treated as a two-phase action: the currently open chat is read with Windows OCR and the run refuses to paste when it is not the requested chat, so a file cannot land in the wrong conversation; files are picked through WeChat's own file dialog because WeChat 4.1.15.13 ignores clipboard file pastes, and the outcome is confirmed by file name plus size label, or by a structural change of the composer and message pane for images. If WeChat is not running the plugin starts it and clicks the 进入微信 consent button; a QR-only login screen is reported instead of guessed. Windows only; MIT.
