Local English-to-Chinese simultaneous interpretation for DSH. Qwen3-ASR runs on-device (MLX, Qwen3-ASR-0.6B-4bit) to transcribe accented English and Chinese with automatic language detection; stable sentences are translated to Chinese by DeepSeek and shown as bilingual live captions. Sessions are archived as crash-safe meeting records with transcripts, generated minutes and Obsidian export. The bundle declares dsh.bundle.patch and supervises the local Python service.
