Bundled-engine IME lexicon manager for DeepSeek Harness: ships the ime_lexicon.py Python engine in-package and exposes it as model tools for Doubao and WeType personal word libraries — detect library status and used slots, export TSV snapshots, timestamped backups, industry terminology search (plan-first, opt-in run), word-list building, cross-source optimize/dedupe/correct, and budgeted staging import. apply is deliberately not exposed as a tool: staged changes never touch a live IME without the user's manual, confirmed step.
