Translates DSH's private remote protocol into a versioned REST API (chat, sessions, files, devices) so trusted clients such as the Android app dsh-companion can reach this machine from outside it, and adds a Phone-settings panel with seven inline cards (roots, remote access, devices, image reading, trash, plugins, app download) to the DSH WebUI.
