Adds Tavily's hosted remote MCP server (Streamable HTTP) to DeepSeek Harness as a patch-only bundle with no runtime code and no dependencies, registering the mcp__tavily__tavily-search, tavily-extract, tavily-map, tavily-crawl and tavily-research tools. The API key is read from the TAVILY_API_KEY environment variable, and a rate-limited keyless mode is documented for users without a key.
