Layered long-term memory for DeepSeek Harness: five tiers (red lines, today, in progress, common sense, archive) with tiered prompt injection, BM25 recall with a 120-day decay floor, automatic capture of user messages, and timed consolidation. Zero dependencies; memory is plain Markdown and JSONL under $DSH_HOME. It records conversation locally in plain text and makes no network requests. GitHub install only — not published to npm.
